Hi guys!
Today I am going to be talking about anxiety. The worst panic attack I have had, was when I was skiing, we were doing a slope and at one point this women crashed into me. We did the slope again and I was nearing the place where the women crashed into me,people were swerving around me and I felt like a target! As we got closer to the place where the women crashed into me I started to feel like I needed to freeze and was really panicking, my mum and brother were shouting at me because they didn't know I was having a panic attack ( which did not help ).
I deal with panic attacks by just thinking breath, breath, it will be fine and just letting it happen instead of bottling it up and tring to stop it. I also just block everything out and just try and breath cause it helps, if I have had a panic attack I will normally have a bubble bath with a lush bath bomb.
What is ur worst panic attack and how do u deal with them if u have anxiety?
