New Year!!!

Hi Guys,
Its 2016!!
2015 has been an amazing year filled with joy and happiness but also has had quite a few lows unfortunately. I hope 2016 has loads of happiness and not as many lows. I don't really have a new years resolution this but I just want to stay tidy really, comment yours done below.
I hope you have a lovely year as well, it has been new year for a will so this is a bit late but it doesn't matter!
Thalia's new years resolution is to be kinder to her dad and help her mum.
Some of our friends new years resolutions;
Hima's new years resolution is to help people out more,
Grace's new years resolution is to be more awesome,
Emily's new years resolution is to be less tired and less lazy.

Halloween

Hi Guys!!!!

Sorry we haven't posted in almost a year !!! 
I just decided to post about Halloween because it is tomorrow. I'm going as a Victorian asylum escapee (I know a bit weird). 

I'm wearing :
A white dress
A black tutu underneath the dress the make it more voluminous 
Black lace pumps
Black cobweb nails  My makeup :
White face
Strongly highlighted and contoured
Smokey eye
Big lashes
Red matte lips

Soooo that is my costume.

Anxiety ~ Liv

Hi guys!

Today I am going to be talking about anxiety. The worst panic attack I have had, was when I was skiing, we were doing a slope and at one point this women crashed into me. We did the slope again and I was nearing the place where the women crashed into me,people were swerving around me and I felt like a target! As we got closer to the place where the women crashed into me I started to feel like I needed to freeze and was really panicking, my mum and brother were shouting at me because they didn't know I was having a panic attack ( which did not help ).
I deal with panic attacks by just thinking breath, breath, it will be fine and just letting it happen instead of bottling it up and tring to stop it. I also just block everything out and just try and breath cause it helps, if I have had a panic attack I will normally have a bubble bath with a lush bath bomb.
What is ur worst panic attack and how do u deal with them if u have anxiety?
